7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment, no questions asked.

1. New Subscriber Guarantee

If you are a first-time subscriber to Entry Point Trading and you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the date your initial subscription payment was processed.

This guarantee applies once per customer. It is available for both monthly and annual plans on your first subscription.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email ep@entrypointtrading.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Include the subject line: "Refund Request" and a brief description of why you're requesting a refund (optional but appreciated).
  3. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  4. Your subscription access will be revoked upon refund processing.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method on file with Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. No Pro-Rated Refunds for Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of the billing year. After the 7-day guarantee window has passed, we do not issue partial or pro-rated refunds for unused months on an annual plan.

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next year's renewal charge and you retain access through the end of your paid year. No refund is issued for the remaining months of an annual term after the 7-day window.

5. Cancellations vs. Refunds

Canceling your subscription and requesting a refund are two different actions:

To cancel without requesting a refund, use your account settings or email us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, your account will be suspended immediately pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can typically resolve billing issues faster than the chargeback process.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. The guarantee terms in place at the time of your initial subscription will govern your eligibility.
