Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Entry Point Trading (the "Service"), operated by ECWE Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Entry Point Trading is a subscription-based platform that delivers AI-powered trading signal data, market analysis, and related content ("Content") to subscribers. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

No Financial Advice. The signals, scores, and analysis we publish do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to trade any security, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any losses that result.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis:

Monthly Plan: Billed every 30 days from the date of initial subscription.
Annual Plan: Billed once per year from the date of initial subscription.

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize ECWE Ventures LLC, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Prices are stated in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice to active subscribers. Price changes take effect at the next renewal cycle.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing ep@entrypointtrading.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period.

No partial-period refunds. When you cancel, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy (7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers).

5. Payments and Taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. Invoices are available through your account.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your access may be suspended until the balance is resolved.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content, including but not limited to signal data, analysis reports, dashboards, scoring methodology, algorithms, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of ECWE Ventures LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any Content;
Share your account credentials with any third party;
Scrape, copy, or use automated tools to extract Content from the platform;
Use the Content to build a competing product or service.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate registration information and keep it current;
Maintain the security of your account password and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access;
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms;
Not engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or imposes an unreasonable burden on the Service or its infrastructure;
Not attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying algorithms or signal methodology.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any trading signal for your personal situation and risk tolerance.

8. No Investment Advice — Expanded Disclaimer

ECWE Ventures LLC does not hold any securities license, investment adviser registration, or broker-dealer registration. The Service is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

Trading stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You can lose more than your initial investment. The signals and data provided by the Service are generated algorithmically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. We make no guarantee that any signal will be profitable.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and agree that ECWE Ventures LLC has no liability for any trading losses you incur.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ECWE VENTURES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ECWE Ventures LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. For terminations we initiate without cause, we will refund any prepaid subscription fees on a pro-rated basis.

13. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. This arbitration clause does not prevent you from filing a complaint with a consumer protection agency.

For disputes involving amounts under $10,000, you may elect to proceed in small claims court in lieu of arbitration.

15. General

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ECWE Ventures LLC.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
